Terms & Conditions of Service

Service Limitations
  • We will not be held responsible for any pre-existing damage to patio surfaces, walls, carpets, hard flooring, door and window frames, cupboards, doors, furniture, electricity switches, faucet, pipes, heating equipment, electrical equipment and any white goods. (Inspection of surfaces will be carried out prior to any service)
  • Certain deep-set stains or discolorations may not be fully removable.
  • Customers are responsible for removing furniture or personal items from the patio area before service.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide access to site for cleaning services from the agreed time of appointment.
  • Provide clear access to the patio area.
  • Ensure that water and electrical connections are available where required.
  • Inform us of any fragile or sensitive areas that require special attention or to avoid. 
  • Inform us of any areas out of bounds or not required for service. 

Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim to provide the highest level of service. If you are not satisfied with the results, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will address your concerns promptly.

Liability

While we take all necessary precautions to prevent damage, we are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing surface weaknesses or improper installation of surfaces, doors, furniture or patio materials.

Payment terms

Non-contracted cleaning: 

Balance of payment is due upon arrival for service. 

Contracted cleaning: 

Standard payment terms at 30 days, to be agreed upon contractual agreement. 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please notify us by telephone at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
